Job Description & Key Purpose of the Job

Performs essential functions in the areas of achievement of sales target, process improvement, distribution management and people development

Key Result Areas
Sales target achievement as per budgeted
Activation reaches as per defined extraction norms on population
Distributors, Stockiest & other regulatory compliances

Key Functions & Responsibilities

1. Ensure people development through continuous on the job training.
2. Responsible for distribution management including number of towns covered directly and indirectly.
3. Work as a team to ensure good performance
4. Marketing of apartment projects with an emphasis on converting enquires into sales - Follow up customer leads.
5. Facilitate site visits, Meet sales targets.
6. Promotions - Plan & execute promotional events to generate qualified leads.
7. Post Sales service – Ensure timely collections, Ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Develop network of Distributors, Stockiest to achieve sales targets
9. Market Research – Track pricing, features and progress of competing projects
10. Track marketing metrics – (Events, Business Meetings and conversion rate etc) and recommend strategies to improve the same
11. Work with Distributors, Leaders to provide inputs on media and communication plan, advertisement and promotional materials, organize participation in exhibitions and events

 
Desired Profile  

1. Minimum Graduate, Preferred MBA in Marketing .
2. Minimum 1+ Years of Experience, FMCG exp or MLM Industry exp will be preferred.
3. Willing to Travel extensively and work on Sundays and Holidays.
1. Exposure to ATL and BTL marketing, promotions, Network marketing a plus.
2. Must like working in an MNC environment.
3. Candidates must have good communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English and one or more of Hindi, Kannada, regional languages.
4. Good computer and excel skills, must be internet savvy.
5. Should be willing to join short notice.
